Features

Answer every comment and DM, automatically.

Noolu sends a private DM to everyone who comments your keyword, answers common questions in your inbox and gets your links to the people who asked. Everything here is on the free plan unless it's marked Pro.

Start freeHow it works

01Comment to DM

Every keyword comment gets a private DM.

Pick a post or reel and a keyword. When someone comments it, Noolu sends them a private reply in their inbox within seconds, and can also reply publicly under their comment so others see it works.

Comments on your reel

Example

anika.k's inbox

Delivered

  1. The keyword is spotted

PRICE, Price or price: capitals don't matter, and one automation can listen for several keywords. Comments without it are left alone.

  2. A public reply, if you want one

Noolu answers under the comment, like “Sent you a DM!”, so everyone scrolling sees it works.

  3. A private reply in their DMs

It lands in their inbox as a reply to the comment, even if they don't follow you and have never messaged you.

  4. Your link, one tap away

A button opens the exact page you chose, not your link in bio. Clicks are tracked on Pro.

Triggers

Decide exactly when it runs.

Every automation starts with a trigger: where Noolu listens and which words it listens for. Use several keywords in one automation, or different automations on different posts.

Where it listens

  • A specific post or reel

Lock an automation to one post, for a launch or a giveaway.

  • Your next post

Set it up before you publish, so it's live the moment the post goes up.

  • All your postsPro(Pro plan)

One keyword that works across your whole grid.

  • Keywords in your DMs

Answer when an incoming message contains a word you choose.

02DM keyword replies

The questions you get every day, answered.

Set keywords like PRICE, HOURS or SHIPPING. When a message contains one, Noolu sends the answer you wrote, day or night.

  • Exact or contains matching
  • Several keywords per automation
  • Replies day and night, within seconds

03Follow gate

Turn commenters into followers.

Ask people to follow your account before they receive the link, guide or discount code. Noolu checks and sends it once they do.

  • Works for links, guides and discount codes
  • They tap “I'm following” and Noolu checks
  • The reward goes out as soon as they follow

04Delayed follow-ups

Remind people before the sale ends.

Add a delay step to send a second message later, such as a reminder before a sale ends, within Instagram's messaging rules.

  • Minutes or hours after the first message
  • Sent inside Meta's 24-hour messaging window
  • Set it up once, it runs for everyone

05Flow builderPro(Pro plan)

Whole conversations, drawn on a canvas.

Chain messages, add buttons, and branch on what people tap or whether they follow you. Everything is edited on a visual canvas. Nothing to code.

Dashboard

See what's working. Step in when it matters.

Every automation reports back: how often it ran, who it reached and which keywords worked. Messages that need a person are flagged, so you can answer them yourself.

06Analytics

See which automations and keywords bring in conversations.

A dashboard shows how often each automation ran, how many people it reached and which keywords performed best.

  • How often each automation ran
  • How many people it reached
  • Which keywords performed best

Account safety

Your account stays yours.

Noolu connects through Instagram's official Business Login with three permissions. It never asks for your password, can't post for you, and you can disconnect it anytime from your dashboard or Instagram settings.
