Referral Program Terms

How the Noolu referral program works: who can join, how referrals are tracked, what you earn and when it's paid, and how to promote Noolu honestly.

Effective October 12, 2026

These Referral Program Terms explain how the referral program run by Noolu LLC (“Noolu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) works. By getting your referral link, sharing it, or accepting a reward, you agree to them.

The short version

  • Earn 40% of what each customer you refer pays, excluding taxes, for as long as they keep paying.
  • A referral counts when someone signs up within 60 days of opening your link. The first referrer wins.
  • Each commission is held for 30 days, then paid monthly as a gift card of your choice once you have US$25.
  • You can earn up to US$1,950 per calendar year.
  • Always disclose that you earn from your link, and never spam.

1.Who Can Take Part

You can take part in the Noolu referral program (the “Program”) if:

  • You have a Noolu account in good standing and are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
  • Your account has a verified email address. Rewards are delivered by email, so if you signed up with Instagram, add and verify an email on your Profile or Refer & Earn page before you can be paid.
  • You take part with one Noolu account only. Opening extra accounts to earn more isn't allowed.
  • The law allows us to pay you. We can't pay rewards where that's prohibited, including to people or places subject to sanctions.

2.How Referrals Are Tracked

Your personal referral link is on the Refer & Earn page of your dashboard. It looks like noolu.pro/?ref=YOURCODE, and adding ?ref=YOURCODE to the address of any noolu.pro page works the same way.

  • 60-day window: when someone opens Noolu through your link, we store your code in a cookie on their browser for 60 days. If they create a new Noolu account on that browser within those 60 days, they become your referral, permanently.
  • First referral wins: if their browser already holds another referrer's code, the earlier code stays and opening your link doesn't replace it.
  • No self-referrals: you can't refer yourself, another account you own or control, or an account opened for you or your business.
  • New accounts only: someone who already has a Noolu account can't become your referral.
  • Entering a code: if your link didn't register, the person can enter your referral code in their account within 14 days of signing up and before their first payment. You then earn on their payments from that point on.

A sign-up can't be credited to you if we have no record of your link being used, for example when the person blocks or clears cookies, signs up on a different browser or device, or is in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland and doesn't accept cookies. Whether a sign-up is credited to you is decided by our records. If you think a referral is missing, email us and we'll look into it.

3.What You Earn

You earn a commission of 40% of every payment each of your referred customers makes for a Noolu subscription, for as long as they keep paying, subject to the annual cap in section 6.

  • Commission is calculated on what the customer actually pays, excluding taxes such as sales tax, VAT or GST. Refunds and chargebacks are taken back as described in section 7.
  • Commissions are calculated and paid in US dollars. Payments made in another currency, such as Indian rupees, count at their US dollar value as settled to us by our payment provider, excluding tax.
  • Monthly and yearly plans both count: you earn on each payment when it's made.
  • You don't earn commission on payments made while your participation is suspended, or after it has ended.

4.Holding Period

Each commission is held for 30 days from the date of the payment it comes from, which leaves time for refunds and payment disputes. While it's held it shows as pending on your Refer & Earn page. After 30 days it becomes available and counts toward your next payout.

5.How and When You Are Paid

  • Gift cards: rewards are paid as digital gift cards delivered by Tremendous, our rewards partner. Tremendous emails a reward link to the email address on your Noolu account, where you choose a gift card from the options available in your country.
  • Monthly, from US$25: at the start of each month we prepare a payout of your available balance if it's at least US$25, and send it after a review. A smaller balance carries over to the next month.
  • No cash alternative: rewards are paid only as gift cards through Tremendous, not in cash or by bank transfer. Each reward is subject to the terms of Tremendous and of the brand you choose.
  • Your email address: keep it up to date. We're not responsible for a reward sent to the address on your account if you no longer have access to it.

6.Annual Cap

You can earn at most US$1,950 per calendar year (1 January to 31 December) under the Program. Once you reach the cap, payments by your referred customers earn no commission for the rest of that year, and the excess isn't carried over. You start earning again on payments made from 1 January.

The gift cards sent to you in a calendar year also never add up to more than US$1,950. If a payout would go over that, we send the rest of your available balance after 1 January.

7.Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals

  • If a payment you earned commission on is refunded, we reverse the commission on it. A partial refund reverses the same share of the commission.
  • If a payment is disputed or charged back, we reverse the full commission on it.
  • A reversal is deducted from your balance straight away, whether the commission was pending, available or already paid out. Your balance can go below zero until later commissions make up the difference.
  • We may also reverse commissions earned in breach of these terms, through fraud, or by mistake, including tracking or calculation errors.

8.How You May Promote Noolu

Promote Noolu honestly, and only where people are happy to hear from you. Sharing your link in your bio, posts, stories, videos, newsletters or a website you run is fine, and so is using Noolu to reply automatically to people who comment on or message your own account. You must not:

  • Spam: send unsolicited DMs, comments, emails or other messages, mass-tag or mention people, or post your link where the rules of the site or group don't allow it.
  • Use fake activity: fake, bought or automated accounts, bots, or fake engagement or reviews.
  • Mislead people: make false or misleading claims about Noolu, its features or prices, or how much anyone can earn, or promise discounts, bonuses or deals that Noolu doesn't offer.
  • Impersonate Noolu or Meta: pretend to be Noolu, Meta or Instagram, or suggest they endorse or partner with you. Don't use “Noolu” or a confusingly similar name in usernames, page names, app names or domain names, or use our logo in a way that suggests you are us.
  • Bid on our brand: bid on “Noolu” or any misspelling or variation of it as a keyword in search or social ads, or use it in ad text or display URLs.
  • Commit fraud or self-dealing: refer yourself or accounts you control, create multiple accounts, set your referral cookie on someone's browser without them knowingly opening your link (for example with hidden frames, pop-ups or automatic redirects), or arrange fake sign-ups or payments.
  • Break the law or platform rules: including Instagram's Community Guidelines and Meta's branded content policies.

9.Disclosing That You Earn

Required every time you share your link

Tell people clearly that you earn a commission if they sign up and pay through your link.

The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand, and appear before or right next to your link or recommendation. Don't hide it after “more”, among a block of hashtags, or only in your bio. Good ways to disclose:

  • Start the caption with “#ad” or “Ad”.
  • Say “affiliate link” or “I earn a commission if you subscribe” next to the link.
  • Use Instagram's “Paid partnership” label where it's available to you.
  • In videos, stories and live streams, say it out loud and show it on screen.

This is required by the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides, the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines for influencer advertising, and similar rules in other countries. You're responsible for following the rules that apply where you and your audience are.

10.Taxes

Rewards may count as taxable income. You're responsible for reporting them and paying any taxes due where you live.

We may ask you for tax information, such as IRS Form W-9 if you're a US person or Form W-8BEN if you're not, and may hold your payouts until you provide it. We may report rewards to tax authorities where the law requires it.

11.Changes to the Program

We may change these terms or the Program (including the commission rate, holding period, minimum payout, annual cap or reward options), or suspend or end the Program. We'll tell you by email or on your Refer & Earn page at least 30 days before a change that reduces what you can earn, or before we end the Program, unless we must act sooner to comply with the law or to stop fraud or abuse.

Changes apply to payments made after they take effect; they don't reduce commissions you've already earned. If we end the Program, you stop earning on later payments, and we keep paying out what you earned before it ended under these terms, once it clears the holding period. A balance under the US$25 minimum when the Program ends isn't paid. Continuing to share your link after a change takes effect means you accept it.

12.Suspension and Termination

You can stop sharing your link at any time. Commissions from customers you've already referred keep counting and being paid under these terms for as long as you have a Noolu account.

If you break these terms or our Terms of Service, or we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, we may suspend your participation (including holding payouts while we investigate), reverse the commissions affected, and remove you from the Program. If we remove you for a breach, you lose any balance that hasn't been paid, whether pending or available.

If you delete your Noolu account, your participation ends and any balance that hasn't been paid is forfeited.

13.Our Relationship

You take part as an independent individual or business. Nothing in these terms makes you Noolu's employee, agent, partner, joint venturer or franchisee, and you can't make promises or commitments on Noolu's behalf. You're responsible for your own costs of promoting Noolu.

14.These Terms and Our Terms of Service

These Referral Program Terms are part of the Noolu Terms of Service, which also apply to the Program, including the sections on liability, governing law and disputes. If the two conflict on something about the Program, these Referral Program Terms apply.

15.Questions?

For questions about the Program, a referral you think is missing, or a payout, email us. We're happy to help.
